My goal as your therapist is to support you in exploring current and past challenges as well as the life transitions, events, and relational issues that many of us face at various points in our life. Our journey together will take place in an objective setting where empathetic support, guided reflection, and solution focused techniques are discovered.

I provide individual, couples, and family counseling (virtual only at this time) to adolescents and adults (13+) with a specialty in anxiety disorders, mood disorders, eating disorders, grief, persistent mental illness, trauma, and life transitions. With this, I believe that therapy can be beneficial for all of us. Having an unbiased and sacred space devoted to just ourselves allows for great personal growth and the opportunity to live a more wholesome life.

I draw from integrative techniques including, but not limited to, mindfulness, DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), and person centered approaches.
