I have worked in various settings in the field of mental health for the past 14 years. In 2011, I received my undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and in 2015 I received my masters degree in counseling psychology from Lesley University.

Since becoming a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Massachusetts in 2017, I have worked as a private practice therapist and in various clinical director positions.

Through these experiences, I have had the privilege to work with many different populations. This has allowed me the opportunity to grow in my role as a therapist, broadened my worldview, and has furthered my appreciation and understanding of how powerful an impact therapy and the willingness to be vulnerable can have on someones life. It is always an honor to be alongside this journey with each and every client I work with.
